Where did we start?
The begining
Empiricl Training Group, founded by Keith Mills, is a premier provider of advanced training solutions, rooted in Keith’s distinguished 23-year career as a frontline military paramedic and a further nine years as a critical care paramedic aboard an air ambulance. Drawing on his extensive experience in high-pressure environments, Keith's vision was to establish a premier training company focused on enhancing organisational performance whilst developing a culture of excellence
Our expert team of instructors bring extensive experience across a wide range of disciplines, including all branches of the emergency services. Led by registered clinicians, our programs are designed to prepare and empower personnel to deliver exceptional clinical care—consistently exceeding expectations
